Online Store

When will you open your online store?
As of now, I do not have plans to officially open my store due to constraints on space and time, as well as shipping restrictions.(Unofficially, if you really want to get something, please do send me an email or a DM and we can arrange something! I have and will be ever so happy to oblige special requests, especially for gifts!)

Shipping

When will you ship my order?
Preorders: Refer to the product listing on my Ko-Fi store for more details. For orders with preorders, it will be shipped only when all items have arrived. If you require some items to ship earlier, please make a separate order.Local: 1-1.5 weeks
International: 1-2 weeksAs I'm running this store by myself, there may be delays depending on the amount of orders I receive. Check out my Ko-Fi posts or #pistashxop for latest updates! (Also available on my Instagram highlights)How long will my order take to arrive?
Local: Anytime between 1-3 days to a week
International: ~3-8 weeks
If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please drop me an email and I'll see what I can do!How may I track my order?
Tracking is automatically included for heavier/fragile items such as giclée prints, keychains and shirts. Local Orders (Singapore)

Conversion rate
For orders shipping within Singapore, you may convert to a 1 USD = 1 SGD rate. Example: If a sticker is 3 USD, you will pay 3 SGD.Payment
